Kol Dor members, who have been prime movers of the Peoplehood concept in the halls of Jewish power, are celebrating their profile, growing influence and participation at the GA. The Prime Minister thanked Kol Dor, among others, in his keynote; and the Jerusalem Post has been a great amplifier of Kol Dorian ideas and people. Note today’s excellent op-ed on philanthropy by Ahava Zaremski on philanthropy, Carmi Wiseman’s excellent peice yesterday on “whose afraid of Tikkun Olam”, Ariel Berry and Aaron Horwitzs’s ’s op-ed in Haaretz on philanthropy and today’s really nice interview and placement with yours truly on ideas to invigorate the federation system, A Renewable Light.
