think tank take-aways

From DC had the privilege to attend a great Jewish education think tank tank in Ohio (didn’t clear in advance writing about it so will write broadly).
my take aways include:
** assume you have more to learn than to teach.
** align my big picture dreams with those of others whose values I share and trust
** look at each new idea through many lenses, old and new, before moving forward.
** consult with smart, independent people often
** seeing good friends makes me happy
the gift they gave was hand painted beautiful bookmarks, appropriate for the People of the Book, that read: “the best way to predict the future is to invent it.” alan kay
